Booking Policy
Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay
Important Notice
By making a reservation at Dorze Sooho Cultural Village and Tours, you agree to abide by all policies stated below. These policies are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests while preserving the cultural and natural environment of the Dorze community.
Reservation Requirements
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book
- Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced
- Special requests are subject to availability
Payment Policy
- 30% deposit required to confirm booking
- Remaining balance due at check-in
- We accept: Cash (ETB, USD, EUR), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfers
- All prices are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless specified otherwise
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in subject to availability (fees may apply)
- Late check-out available upon request (50% of daily rate)
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations 7-13 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days
- No-show: 100% charge

Group Bookings (5+ rooms)

- • Cancellation within 45 days: 75% charge
- • Special group rates available upon request
Special Events & Holidays
- • Minimum stay requirements may apply
- • Different cancellation policies for peak seasons
- • Christmas, New Year, and Timket: 100% prepayment
