Guest Responsibilities

  • Respect local customs and traditions
  • Follow lodge rules and staff instructions
  • Not engage in illegal activities
  • Not disturb other guests
  • Responsible for personal belongings
  • Proper use of lodge facilities

Liability

  • Dorze Sooho Cultural Village and Tours is not liable for lost or stolen items
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • Force majeure: not liable for circumstances beyond our control

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking in non-designated areas
  • Bringing illegal substances
  • Excessive noise after 10:00 PM
  • Unauthorized commercial photography
  • Removing cultural artifacts
  • Damage to property

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in activities at Dorze Sooho Cultural Village and Tours, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Hiking and nature walks involve inherent risks
Cultural experiences may involve physical activities
Weather conditions can change unexpectedly
Medical facilities are limited in remote areas
Guests should have adequate travel insurance

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Dorze Sooho Cultural Village and Tours shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

Amicable Resolution

We encourage guests to first contact us directly to resolve any concerns amicably.

Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Arba Minch, Ethiopia.
